A Word of Thanks

We have all been through the mill over the last few months, one way or another, and I think this builds up appreciation of other people in our lives. There are always those in parish life who are involved without drawing attention to themselves, but I just wish to give thanks in a particular way to those who have volunteered their own free time to be stewards in our three parishes.

Not naming names – you know who you are: without your invaluable contribution we simply wouldn’t be able to open up for Mass. So, certainly my own gratitude is heart felt, as I am sure it is for all of us. The hours you have spent over the last few months, shepherding, safeguarding and cleaning is such a powerful witness to all of us. I pray that the Lord grants you an abundance of graces for your toil in His vineyard – God bless you!
